Why
Bluesnap no longer collects VAT, sales tax, etc. on our behalf since January 2025. While it is possible to collect these taxes ourselves, or rely on customers applying the reverse charge system, we have decided to migrate to PayPro Global, who will continue collecting these taxes on our behalf as well as offer better subscription management abilities to our customers.

I have a subscription (monthly or yearly) license

You are affected. After a grace period where we continue charging you via Bluesnap, you will have to migrate your subscription to PayPro Global. You will be able to do this directly from the
license management and download page. We'll notify you by email.
Q:
I have a perpetual (unlimited) license
A:
You are not affected. Your future maintenance and support renewal is independent of your existing Bluesnap invoice, and can be purchased directly from PayPro Global from the
license management and download page.
Q:
I have purchased licenses from Data Geekery directly, or via another reseller
A:
You are not affected. Your license is managed manually via a quote / PO / invoice process.
