The COALESCE()
function produces the first non-NULL
value from the variadic list of arguments.
SELECT coalesce(null, null, 1);
create.select(coalesce(null, null, 1)).fetch();
The result being
+----------+ | coalesce | +----------+ | 1 | +----------+
