Extract the HOUR value from a datetime value.

The HOUR function is a short version of the EXTRACT, passing a DatePart.HOUR value as an argument.

SELECT hour(TIMESTAMP '2020-02-03 15:30:45');
create.select(hour(Timestamp.valueOf("2020-02-03 15:30:45"))).fetch();

The result being
